Following a friend's advice, I decided to make myself some rice congee today after having a bad diarrhea. So I pluged in my rice cooker (which I haven't done for ages!) and was preparing to rinse some rice.

Today is Mardi Gras.
Being a non-christian, I didn't do anything special on this day, and being a male, I didn't even get to put on colorful beads around my neck, and I hardly ate anything on this Fat Tuesday.....Ok that's enough for pointless murmuring.
I came across this amazing video, although its not about Mardi Gras or Carnival, the colorful Cuban images and festive sounds remind me of Marti Gras. An eye candy for your enjoyment...
